Asam gelugur a.k.a garcinia atroviridis




It is commonly used for sour relish in curry, stew and broth.
Some said it could be used to shed some weight. Katanyalakan....

I saw, a farmer sold it at a roadside few weeks ago.
It was only RM2 for a basket. Just sliced and dried it under the sun to make asam keping.
I guessed it was ready by now.
But I don't know where it is.
